CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 72 hours before 3 PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 72-hour cancellation policy are subject to the first night's room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 72-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. Please note that if you have booked your stay with a special offer or package, the cancellation policy will differ from our standard policy. The specific cancellation terms and conditions of your offer or package will apply. These terms are provided at the time of booking and can also be found in your booking confirmation email.
PET POLICY
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel does not allow pets.
GUARANTEE POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or by prepayment of a deposit.
Reservations will be held until 2:00 AM the day after arrival.
WELLNESS CHECKS
Your well-being is our top priority, and we want to ensure your stay with us is safe. In line with our commitment to providing a comfortable stay, we occasionally conduct wellness checks on rooms that have displayed a "Do Not Disturb" sign for an extended period exceeding 24 hours. Please be assured that your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and our staff members are trained to perform these checks with discretion and respect for your personal space.

WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT AT THE PALMS?
Check-in at The Palms Oceanfront Hotel starts at 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
CAN YOU REQUEST AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT AT THE PALMS?
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Please contact the front desk at The Palms Oceanfront Hotel for details and availability.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHECK OUT EARLY?
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel guests are asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Guests may change their departure date without penalty at that time. An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax applies to guests checking out before their confirmed departure date.
DOES THE PALMS OCEANFRONT HOTEL OFFER PARKING?
Parking is available year-round at The Palms Oceanfront Hotel, but daily rates vary. Please check the rates that apply to the time of your stay.

WHAT IS THE PALMS’ SMOKING POLICY?
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in any designated non-smoking area is subject to a fine.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC ROOM AT THE PALMS?
Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location at our Isle of Palms hotel, but we make every effort to grant special requests.
AM I GETTING THE PALMS’ BEST RATE?
We guarantee that the rates found through The Palms Oceanfront Hotel’s official website are the lowest compared to other online sources for same-day searches. If you find a lower rate, please contact us, and we will gladly match it upon verification.
ARE THERE AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR STAYING AT THE PALMS?
Children and young adults under the age of 21 must be with their parents or legal guardians to stay at The Palms Oceanfront Hotel.
